CATCH to Host Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting at Rosemary’s Way

CATCH Neighborhood Housing is pleased to share that a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place at 95 Village Street in Penacook on Thursday, December 9 at 10:00 am. After nearly a year of construction, the 42 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments will be ready to welcome new tenants by mid-December and CATCH invites you to celebrate this new residential community in Concord. Back in the spring, the CATCH organization thought it appropriate to name this new development Rosemary’s Way in memory of its late President & CEO, Rosemary M. Heard, who passed away last year.

The grand opening will recognize and celebrate the community partners who have collaborated with CATCH to make this development a reality. All are invited for a brief speaking ceremony, led by CATCH’s President & CEO Tom Furtado, followed by refreshments and coffee, conversation, and tours of several of the completed apartments. The program will be held outdoors under a large tent so guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.

“We are so excited to welcome the community to Rosemary’s Way!” said CATCH President and CEO, Tom Furtado. “Housing is in such high demand in New Hampshire and we are proud to work with our partners to build this housing for New Hampshire’s workforce and create safe, affordable homes for our neighbors.”

This event is free and open to the community. A video recording will be available through ConcordTV for those wishing to attend virtually. Parking at the location is limited and RSVPs for in-person attendance are kindly requested to Erin at eschaick@catchhousing.org or (603) 715-8330 by December 3.
