Alliance Asset Management Welcomes New Managing Director



Alliance Asset Management is pleased to announce that Marie Poole has been appointed to the position of Managing Director. In this role Marie will oversee the operations of the organization which manages 642 residential apartments, 7 commercial units, and supports nearly 1,200 residents.


Marie is an accomplished property management professional with over 35 years of affordable housing experience. She began her career at The Hodges Companies in Concord. More recently, Marie worked for New Hampshire Housing as the Section 8 Portfolio Manager and then was the Director of Housing for Keene Housing where she was responsible for the oversight and management of their affordable housing portfolio. Throughout the years her focus has been on financials, budgeting, capital needs, resident concerns, rent collection, and the physical integrity of the properties.
