Your support currently allows 457 adults and 285 children to live in safe, quality, affordable apartments they are proud to call home.
Your gifts and guidance have helped 70% of the residents in our senior property connect with nurses and resident services coordinators through our partnership with the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association to help them age in place safely.
And perhaps most importantly, your kindness continues to build up our communities, improve our housing and education programs, and empower our residents every day.
