The finished mill will add 45 affordable apartments to downtown Franklin and is expected to be completed in December 2017. CATCH recently celebrated a ribbon cutting at the mill, where Michael L. Rayder from the TD Charitable Foundation and Steven Webb from TD Bank announced and presented the award to CATCH President and CEO, Rosemary M. Heard.

“This grant award is an incredible recognition for CATCH and the impact we have had on New Hampshire communities” said Heard. “We are so grateful for the continued support of the TD Charitable Foundation and this development in particular. We simply could not achieve what we’ve been able to over the years without generous partners like TD Charitable Foundation and, together, we are committed to continuing our mission of creating communities where every person is confident of a home.”

TD Charitable Foundation’s Housing for Everyone Grant Competition is an annual program that supports affordable housing organizations from Maine to Florida. The 2017 theme was Affordable Housing for All. To learn more, please visit their website at http://www.tdbank.com/community/charitable_foundation_grant.html
