Creating communities where every person is confident of a safe and affordable home.

With the strength of our community behind us, we strive to make a difference every day in the lives of those we serve. We continue to expand our impact under the guidance CATCH’s Strategic Plan. The plan was put together with data, input and feedback from several audiences and sources, in order to be as inclusive and forward-thinking as possible. We are grateful for everyone who has been with us on this journey, and invite you to see yourself in this work. In the ever-present collaborative spirit of CATCH, we are excited to address the rapidly changing needs of our communities and those we serve.

Our History

Founded more than 30 years ago, CATCH Neighborhood Housing is a 501(c)3, community-based non-profit organization offering a full spectrum of housing and education services in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. CATCH meets the needs of the communities it serves by constructing new affordable housing units and revitalizing existing housing in an area where affordable rental options are limited. We are focused on creating a community where every person is confident of a home.Since 1989, CATCH has evolved into several different lines of business and prides itself on creating innovative housing solutions for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families.

CATCH has expanded its rental portfolio to include 366 affordable, workforce housing units in Concord, Penacook, Bow, and Franklin, New Hampshire. These units serve approximately 800 seniors, adults, and children per year.

In order to better meet the needs of its residents and ensure the proper maintenance of its rental properties, while also providing a source of sustainable funding for the organization, in 2013 CATCH created Alliance Asset Management, a property management, asset management, and financial services provider.

In partnership with NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire and Lakes Region Community Developers, CATCH has collaborated to provide homeownership and financial education services through HOMEteam. This innovative partnership organization serves the entirety of Merrimack, Hillsborough, Belknap, and Rockingham Counties, providing over 68% of New Hampshire's residents access to first-time homebuyer education seminars as well as financial fitness courses and mortgage counseling.
