Justin Eck, Staff Accountant

Justin moved to Concord from Long Island to attend New England College and loved the community so much that he decided to stay and start his career in Concord! He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in both Business Administration and Accounting, completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. 

On a daily basis, he is responsible for the financial activity and monitoring of the CATCH portfolio. Each week, he is responsible for maintaining positive ownership relationships and reviewing all the financial transactions of the portfolio. He’s also in charge of handling bank deposits and all CATCH Portfolio audits. He also works collaboratively with the finance team to maintain communication, assess any problems, and review each other’s work to maintain checks and balances.

Thomas Furtado, President and CEO

As President and CEO, Tom is responsible for the overall operations and management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing and Alliance Asset Management. He began his career with CATCH and Alliance in February 2017 when he was hired as CATCH's Vice President, Director of Real Estate Development and Asset Management.

Tom brings a wealth of finance and real estate knowledge from his 15 years working for various companies across Southern New England. 

Amber May, Assistant Director of Human Resources

Amber May, Assistant Director of Human Resources

As CATCH’s Assistant Director of Human Resources, Amber is responsible for providing support and advice to operational managers and executive staff for recruitment, employment, onboarding new staff, training and development, benefits administration, payroll and the development of organizational culture. Amber is skilled at handling sensitive information and tough conversations, while also managing professional necessities such as background checks and performance evaluations. She joined the CATCH team in December 2013 and has previously held the roles of junior accountant, staff accountant, and human resources generalist. Amber is always seeking professional development including her recent dive into the human resource field and staying current on labor regulations, and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SNHU in 2019.

Alexandria Panagiotakos, Vice President - Director of Real Estate and Asset Management

Alexandria Panagiotakos, Vice President - Director of Real Estate and Asset Management

Alex’s primary role is to develop real estate projects and manage CATCH’s existing Real Estate Portfolio to ensure viable, permanently affordable housing. She originally joined CATCH in late 2013 with over 20 years of financial experience. Alex previously held the role of Vice President of Portfolio Management and Technology Administration. Currently, she is enrolled in the National Development Council’s Rental Housing Development Finance Professional Certification track.

Erin Schaick, Assistant Vice President, Director of Development and Community Relations

Erin Schaick, Assistant Vice President, Director of Development and Community Relations

Erin supports the mission and goals of CATCH with fundraising, marketing, coordinating events, social media and overall community relations. After graduating from Ripon College (WI) with a degree in Communication and Non-profit Business Management, she moved to New Hampshire to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Nashua at the Partnership for Successful Living.

She currently serves as the chair of the Concord Young Professionals Network, a professional and personal development initiative of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
