CATCH develops and renovates housing communities and proudly owns and manages 379 quality, affordable rental apartments across Merrimack County that over 700 children, adults, and seniors call home. Additionally, the historic Endicott Hotel offers 24 convenient market-rate apartments in downtown Concord.
Alliance Asset Management coordinates the leasing and property management for all of CATCH's housing units as well as other nonprofit housing providers across New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Interested housing applicants should reach out to Alliance!
HOMEteam is CATCH's collaborative home buyer education and counseling program. It serves 84 towns and cities with the information and tools to make good financial decisions related to purchasing, renting, and maintaining a home.
