CATCH Neighborhood Housing is pleased to announce the sale of its previous office space at 79 South State Street in Concord to the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire.
CATCH recently moved to its new office space on Loudon Road and had been looking for a buyer that supported CATCH’s vision of creating communities where every person is confident of a home. It turned out
that the perfect buyer was the Crisis Center, which was looking for a new home for their clients and their administrative offices. According to Paula Kelley-Wall, Director of the Crisis Center, “We are so thrilled to have this building. The Crisis Center is undergoing a complete renovation of our emergency shelter next month and we are going to be expanding the number of bedrooms and beds in our existing building. In order to do that, we have to relocate our administrative offices, which is where the new building comes in.” The purchase of this building is phase 1 of their plan to streamline services and cut down on the number of places that victims of domestic and sexual violence have to travel to get many of the services they need to stay safe. “We are so pleased to be able to partner with the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire in this way,” said CATCH President, Rosemary M. Heard. “At CATCH we strongly support their mission of working toward the end of domestic and sexual violence in Merrimack County and we are eager to help them succeed.
