Thomas Furtado, Executive Vice President - Real Estate Development

Tom brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to CATCH from his 15 years as the Vice President and Director of Development of Stonestreet Corporation, a full-service real estate development firm based in Rhode Island. There, he was responsible for all aspects of project development, financing, construction and property management. Tom is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts.

Rosemary M. Heard, President

Rosemary is responsible for the overall operation, administration and management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing. She brings to CATCH more than twenty-five years of private and public sector experience in the real estate industry. She was previously Senior Vice President of Asset Management with MassDevelopment, a quasi-state agency in Massachusetts, prior to which she spent twelve years working with the Amoskeag Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

She is currently the Chair of the Municipal Housing Commission for the City of Concord, serves on the Public Policy Committee for the National NeighborWorks Association, is a steering committee member for the City of Concord's Plan to End Homelessness, and joined Concord Hospital's Board of Trustees in 2019.

Kathy Kittle, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned financial professional, Kathy brings years of experience in relationship and financial management to CATCH. Kathy oversees all aspects of financial management services, IT and Human Resource functions. Previously Kathy served as CFO of Ride-Away Handicap Equipment Corporation and the Vice President/Controller of Easter Seals NH. Kathy holds both CPA and CGMA certifications.

Kathy is Chair of the Easter Seals Massachusetts Board of Directors and a member of the NH Women's Foundation Finance Committee. 

Amber May, Human Resource Generalist

As CATCH’s first Human Resource Generalist, Amber is responsible for providing support and advice to operational managers and executive staff for recruitment, employment, onboarding new staff, training and development, benefits administration, payroll and the development of organizational culture. Amber is skilled at handling sensitive information and tough conversations, while also managing professional necessities such as background checks and performance evaluations. She joined the CATCH team in December 2013 and has previously held the roles of junior accountant and staff accountant. Amber is always seeking professional development including her recent dive into the human resource field and staying current on labor regulations, and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SNHU in 2019.

Alexandria Panagiotakos, Vice President of Portfolio Management and Technology Administration

Alexandria joined CATCH as a senior accountant with over 20 years of experience. Alexandria is responsible for all accounting functions related to several portfolios with 30+ entities, including all general ledger activity, financial statement generation, ownership reporting and ownership review meetings. She also serves as the primary liaison with our third party IT provider.

Prior to joining CATCH, Alexandria was an accountant at Ride-Away NH and Stratford Court Fine Furniture & Antiques in Scottsdale AZ. She is currently pursing a BA in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kelsey Prince, Staff Accountant

Kelsey joined CATCH in April of 2019 as a Staff Accountant and previously worked for Alliance Asset Management as the Office Specialist since September of 2017. Along with her property management experience, Kelsey brings a strong educational background in both accounting and mathematics to the team with degrees from The University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University. At CATCH, she is responsible for managing all cash related accounting functions, corporate entities accounts payable management and related financial support, production accounting for new projects and assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for all entities. Kelsey is also the secondary liaison with our third party IT provider. 

Erin Schaick, Assistant Vice President of Community Relations

Erin supports the mission and goals of CATCH with fundraising, marketing, coordinating events, social media and overall community relations. After graduating from Ripon College (WI) with a degree in Communication and Non-profit Business Management, she moved to New Hampshire to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Nashua at the Partnership for Successful Living.

She currently serves as the chair of the Concord Young Professionals Network, and is a volunteer blogger for Stay Work Play NH, which promotes the state as a favorable place for young workers and recent college graduates to stay, work and play.

Nicolle Wilamowski, Portfolios Staff Accountant

Nicolle joined CATCH in September of 2019 as the Portfolios Staff Accountant with over 13 years of accounting experience. She previously worked in the staffing and manufacturing industries, and has volunteered for the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program. At CATCH, Nicolle assists the Vice President of Portfolio Management and Technology Administration with the accounting functions for 30+ portfolios including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable management, and monthly financial reviews.
