CATCH Neighborhood Housing is a 501(c) 3, non-profit organization, governed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors offer a vast array of experience and skills to guide CATCH Neighborhood Housing’s mission and vision and help ensure the adherence to best practice standards within the organization. The Board of Directors selects and provides support to the President of CATCH, guides the strategic plan, operating principles and core values of CATCH, as well as provides leadership in all fundraising campaigns.
The Board also protects CATCH’s assets, ensures accountability, acts as stewards of CATCH in the community, ensures legal integrity and evaluates and assesses performance. Rosemary M. Heard, President
Rosemary is responsible for the overall operation, administration and management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing. She brings to CATCH more than twenty-five years experience in the real estate industry, in both the private and public sectors. She most recently held the position of senior vice president with MassDevelopment, a quasi-state agency in Massachusetts. Rosemary continues to successfully lead CATCH Neighborhood Housing in providing innovative housing products and services to our community.
John Bell, Interim Chief Financial Officer
George Helwig, Director of Education and Counseling
George is responsible for overseeing all homeownership education, financial fitness training, and housing counseling. George spent over twenty five years as a consumer and mortgage banker before entering the affordable housing field. Prior to coming to CATCH he worked for the Laconia Area Community Land Trust in several capacities including home buyer education; deputy director and housing developer. He also has experience in small business consulting and credit counseling.
Mike Reed, Director of Real Estate and Asset Management
Mike is responsible for implementing CATCH’s real estate development plan and oversight of the management of CATCH’s real estate asset portfolio. Mike Reed has over twenty years experience in the real estate industry. Mike most recently was an associate with Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors in Bedford, NH. Mike has been involved with CATCH since its inception, having volunteered on various committees and also as a former Board member.
Caitlin Murphy, Director of Development & Marketing
Caitlin leads the Development and Marketing department in the growth and development of financial resources, community support, marketing, fundraising/ community organizing events and public relations at CATCH. Caitlin has worked and volunteered at several nonprofits in the field of marketing and communications; most recently at N.H. Freedom to Marry. She has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Global Studies.

Amber Vrooman, Staff Accountant
Amber's position is split between both the Marketing/Development and Finance Departments. Amber has a B.A. in Mathematics, with a minor in Business Administration. |
