Material fee for class is $35 per household; if you are a CATCH resident you may inquire about a fee waiver.
Saturday Classes: 8:30 am – 5 pm
All classes held in Concord are held in CATCH's office located at 76-78 South State St. unless noted otherwise. Please enter in the back of the building (brown building with parking lot). Parking is available in the lot or on Perley or South State Streets.
Class location will be confirmed upon registration.
Home Buyer Express Online: If a Saturday doesn't fit into your schedule, you can learn the basics of buying a home at your convenience! Take the same First-time Home Buyer class online - the only difference is your schedule! Register online at www.ehomeamerica.org. Registration fee is $35 per household.
Seasonal Workshops:
If you are interested in a topic for a Seasonal Workshop that has not been presented or that you would like to see, e-mail Jeannette at jputorek@catchhousing.org with your suggestions. Please use the subject line "Seasonal Workshops."
