What are the income limits for CATCH Housing?
Income limits for new residents are based on guidelines set by our funding partners. The goal is to permanently reserve our affordable apartments to low and moderate income families and individuals who cannot afford market-rate rents. The income limits vary depending on the property. Most are reserved for households at or below 60% or 80% of median area income. Median area income is determined each year by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Current limits for 2012 in Merrimack County are:
