AFFORDABLE, HIGH-QUALITY,
SPACIOUS APARTMENTS

What makes an apartment comfortable? What makes it a home? Bright spaces, storage, on-site laundry, well-maintained grounds, quality appliances, a committed owner and responsive management company are a few of the attributes that make CATCH Neighborhood Housing stand out. Most importantly, a comfortable apartment is one you can afford.

This is what CATCH Neighborhood Housing has been providing for two decades: permanently affordable, high-quality housing – apartments you are proud to call home.

Would you like to live in CATCH housing?
CATCH currently has 239 rental apartments in its portfolio. If you are interested in living in CATCH housing, you should contact our property management company, MB Management at (603) 223-0810. When calling you must request an application specifically for CATCH housing. Or you may download the application here. (Right-click to save the file.)

Potential residents must meet CATCH’s Resident Selection Criteria, which includes being income eligible having positive landlord references and good credit standing. All rental applications are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, mental or physical handicap, and/or age.

While all of our apartments are affordable, many are available with an additional rental subsidy for very low income families. We also welcome families with housing vouchers.

Resident Programs at CATCH Neighborhood Housing
